Neurotech in Germany: How to combine innovation and responsibility ?

Neurotech is not yet taking up speed compared to many other countries in the world even though ideas, research experience, and clinical centers exists. Shall we leave it to others like Elon Musk and do not care about ethical concerns or do we find a way of combining persons’s rights and innovation ? Thomas Stieglitz is contributing to the VDI Initiative “Zukunft Deutschland 2050” in the field or Neurotech and AI as part of “Zukunft Medizintechnik 2050” and shares his thoughts on this topic jointly with others in this campaign.
