September fand an der Universit\u00e4t Freiburg die 24. ORCHEM-Konferenz statt. Bei dieser <strong>internationalen Konferenz<\/strong>, die die <strong>gesamte Breite der Organischen Chemie<\/strong> abdeckt, reichte das Themenspektrum von Fragen der Synthese und Katalyse \u00fcber physiko-organische Chemie bis in den mehr biologischen und computerchemischen Bereich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit mehr als 330 TeilnehmerInnen, 19 Vortr\u00e4gen, \u00fcber 190 Posterbeitr\u00e4gen und vielen Ausstellern aus Industrie und Handel ist diese alle zwei Jahre, an wechselnden Orten stattfindende Konferenz die <strong>gr\u00f6\u00dfte Fachtagung der Organischen Chemie in Deutschland<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein umfangreiches Rahmenprogramm, z.B. mit abendlicher Pubtour durch Freiburgs Altstadt, erlaubte es, neben der Chemie auch andere Seiten von Freiburg zu erleben. <strong>Organisiert wurde diese Tagung von den Professoren der Organischen Chemie, Bernhard Breit, Henning J. Jessen und Daniel B.
