We are delighted that the conference paper “We Flipped the Power Dynamics”: Pooling Identity Resources to Collaboratively Lead Racialized Change by Prof. Dr. Marlene Walk together with Dr. Megan LePere-Schloop (Ohio State University) and Dr. Jamie Levine Daniel (New York University) received a “Best Paper” award at this year’s Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting 2025.

Only about 10% of the papers submitted each year receive this special recognition and are selected for publication in the AOM Proceedings:

The presentation will take place during the AOM Annual Meeting on Monday, July 28, at 5:15 p.m. in the Bella Center, Hall B- B3-m8, in Copenhagen.
