Nomindelger Jargalsaikhan
Nomindelger Jargalsaikhan is a first-year PhD student in Educational Psychology at the University of Freiburg, supervised by Prof. Dr. Martin Daumiller and Prof. Dr. Andrea Kiesel. Her dissertation, “Temporal Framing as a Motivational Intervention: Development and Experimental Testing Across Educational Contexts and the Moderating Role of Future Time Perspective,” examines how temporal framing interventions can enhance students’ task value, motivation, engagement, and learning, and how these effects are shaped by future time perspective. She holds a Master’s degree in Research in Learning and Instruction from the University of Augsburg, where she worked as a research assistant in the KoDiLL project on digital teaching and learning. Prior to her Master’s studies, she worked as a primary school English teacher and ESL teacher. Alongside her doctoral research, she teaches undergraduate courses in educational psychology at the University of Freiburg. Her research interests include time perspective, meaning-making, motivation, student engagement, and educational interventions.
