In this workshop, we explore questions such as how to strike the right balance between everyday demands and mental health, and what can help us achieve this. We offer methods from the fields of mindfulness, positive psychology and stress management. Through a combination of input and exercises, participants gain new insights into achieving a successful balance, develop individual strategies and strengthen their mental health.
Our workshop offers new ideas and space for self-reflection on the topic, but it is not a psychotherapeutic service. If you have any questions about whether the workshop is suitable for your individual situation, please feel free to contact us! The workshop consists of three consecutive sessions and takes place online via Zoom. However, it is also possible to register for individual sessions.
The workshop is a collaboration between the Central Student Advisory Services in Hamburg and Freiburg. It is run by two student advisors, Anna Mielich (University of Freiburg) and Bettina Niebuhr (University of Hamburg).
