Research
- I currently research the growth response of urban trees to climate change, through the BMFTR (REGULUS)-funded URBORETUM research cluster: https://www.urboretum.de/.
More broadly, I am most fascinated by the quantitative measurement and modeling of the growth and mortality of urban trees. I thereby aim to help cities manage their urban forests for the long-term benefit, health and well-being of their people.
