Fakult\u00e4t zusammen, um neue Materialien und Oberfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Mikrosystemtechnik &#8211; von der Sensorik bis zur Mikrooptik \u2013 ma\u00dfzuschneidern. Durch die Integration von Materialien in Mikrosysteme werden Funktionen mit hoher Funktionsdichte erzeugt. Das Forschungsspektrum reicht von (Bio)-Sensorik, Detektortechnologie und Aktorik bis hin zu Mikrooptik und Mikrofluidik. Detektoren f\u00fcr die Sicherheit an Flugh\u00e4fen oder zur Messung von Radioaktivit\u00e4t sind komplexe Systeme, bei denen jedes Einzelteil speziell gefertigt werden muss. Im Nanobereich werden Cluster erzeugt, an denen die Eigenschaften von Materialien untersucht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
