Are you a researcher at the University of Freiburg with an interest in EU funding opportunities and a desire to experience European science policy first-hand? If so, our EU Up Close study trip is perfect for you!
The University of Freiburg’s EU Office invites postdoctoral researchers to join a three-day academic networking and training visit to Brussels. On-site, you will gain exclusive insights into the work of key EU stakeholders, including:
- An introduction to KoWi – European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations
- A visit to the Baden-Württemberg State Representation in Brussels
- Discussions with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs)
- Tours of EU institutions and meetings with experts on research funding
- Opportunities for networking with fellow researchers and policymakers
