Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist es, umfassendes Wissen f\u00fcr die Analyse, Entwicklung und Bewertung von Anpassungs- und Transformationspfaden (A&amp;TPs) zu generieren. Die Unterst\u00fctzungsstrukturen innerhalb dieses Umfelds werden Wissenschaftler aller Karrierestufen ausbilden, vernetzen und bef\u00e4higen, damit sie bahnbrechende Ideen entwickeln, Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be f\u00fcr neue Forschung setzen und vielf\u00e4ltige Karrierewege einschlagen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wir freuen uns, offene Postdoktorand*innenstellen anzubieten (100% f\u00fcr 36 Monate).
