Alle k\u00f6nnen davon betroffen sein, Studierende genauso wie Professor*innen, Verwaltungsmitarbeitende, Promovierende oder Postdocs.<br><br>Es ist wichtig, Diskriminierung, Machtmissbrauch und sexualisierte Gewalt in Organisationen offen zu thematisieren und den Umgang damit zu professionalisieren. Nur so k\u00f6nnen strukturelle Probleme, ebenso wie individuelles Fehlverhalten reflektiert und abgebaut werden. Gemeinsam machen wir die Universit\u00e4t zu einem Ort, an dem alle gerne studieren, arbeiten und forschen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Unsere Kampagne will sichtbar machen, wo Diskriminierung, Machtmissbrauch und sexualisierte Gewalt beginnen und welche Formen sie annehmen k\u00f6nnen. Sie ist ein erster Schritt: Diskriminierung, Machtmissbrauch und sexualisierte Gewalt benennen und Betroffene unterst\u00fctzen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Beratungsstelle \u201eprotect\u201c unterst\u00fctzt Betroffene und tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, an der Universit\u00e4t Freiburg, langfristig diskriminierungssensible Strukturen zu etablieren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow Identit\u00e4t.&nbsp;Diskriminierung kann in der Folge zu W\u00fcrdeverletzungen, Ausschl\u00fcssen oder auch Bel\u00e4stigungen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formen von Diskriminierung&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskriminierung kann an der Hochschule <strong>unmittelbar<\/strong> durch das Handeln einzelner Personen, durch Lehrende, Dozierende oder Kommiliton*innen, Mitarbeitende in der Verwaltung oder Kolleg*innen entstehen. Aber auch <strong>mittelbar <\/strong>kann strukturelles Handeln, z. B.&nbsp; in Form von Verwaltungsvorschriften, zu Diskriminierung f\u00fchren. Entscheidend daf\u00fcr, ob eine Diskriminierung vorliegt, ist das Ergebnis der Handlungen Dritter, nicht jedoch deren Motiv (Absicht, Gedankenlosigkeit etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sachlicher Grund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn sachliche Gr\u00fcnde vorliegen, wird eine Ungleichbehandlung nicht als Diskriminierung mit den entsprechenden Rechtsfolgen bewertet. Ein sachlicher Grund liegt z. B. bei der Bereitstellung von Frauentaxis vor, die eingef\u00fchrt wurden, um das Sicherheitsgef\u00fchl von Frauen bei n\u00e4chtlichen Fahrten zu erh\u00f6hen und sie vor \u00dcbergriffen zu sch\u00fctzen. M\u00e4nner k\u00f6nnen Frauentaxis nicht nutzen. Unter Machtmissbrauch werden verschiedene Arten von Pflichtverletzungen in einem Abh\u00e4ngigkeitsverh\u00e4ltnis verstanden, insbesondere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>zwischenmenschliches Fehlverhalten.<\/strong> Dies meint einsch\u00fcchterndes, feindseliges, diskriminierendes oder beleidigendes Verhalten. Es kann sich zeigen als: Ausgrenzung, Mobbing, verbale oder physische Aggression, sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung, Ressourcenentzug, Karrierebesch\u00e4digung, unangemessene Aggression oder subtile Drohung, Erpressung von Mehrarbeit, Dem\u00fctigung oder Erniedrigung.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>wissenschaftliches Fehlverhalten.<\/strong> Dies betrifft die Verletzung akademischer Standards und ethischer Prinzipien in der Forschung selbst, wie z. Diese Begriffsverwendung umfasst auch verbale, nonverbale sowie physische oder digitale \u00dcbergriffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es handelt sich bei diesem Begriff nicht um eine juristische Einordnung, sondern um ein bewusst weit gefasstes Gewaltverst\u00e4ndnis, wie es in sozialwissenschaftlichen Debatten oder in der Praxis von Beratungsstellen gegen sexualisierte Diskriminierung und Gewalt verwendet wird. Er betont bewusst die strukturelle Dimension des Problems und dass Sexualit\u00e4t zur Aus\u00fcbung von Macht und Kontrolle gegen\u00fcber anderen ben\u00fctzt werden kann. Sexualisierte Gewalt umfasst verbale, nonverbale, digitale, emotionale und k\u00f6rperliche Formen wie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sexistische oder obsz\u00f6ne Worte,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aufdringliche Gesten und Blicke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>das unerw\u00fcnschte Zusenden, Teilen oder Erzwingen von Bildern, Videos oder Handlungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unerw\u00fcnschte Ber\u00fchrungen bis hin zu Vergewaltigung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sexualisierte Gewalt kann jede*n betreffen, unabh\u00e4ngig von Geschlecht, sexueller Orientierung, Alter, Herkunft oder Kleidung. Wichtig ist immer die Sicht der betroffenen Person, nicht die fehlende Absicht der T\u00e4ter*innen! Die Schuld tragen immer diejenigen, die eine der aufgef\u00fchrten Formen von sexualisierter Gewalt aus\u00fcben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitte beachten: Nicht jede Form von sexualisierter Gewalt ist gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7\u00a7 177 ff.
