Fit for the German Job Market

Make German your career asset!

You are:

  • a master student enrolled in an English programme or you have just graduated
  • interested in working in Freiburg or in a German-speaking country
  • looking for an internship or an employment possibility
  • eager to improve your German language skills
  • looking for a German language certification (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1)

Our Courses for You

Germany is one of the world’s most attractive destinations for professional growth. But if you want to turn your degree into a career, German is still the essential key to the German job market.

Our intensive course „Fit for the German Job Market“ is your gateway to employment in Germany and other German-speaking countries. You will master the German language contextually, learn to communicate confidently and naturally, present yourself effectively to German employers, and gain confidence navigating intercultural situations.

Beyond language skills, the course equips you with a professional toolkit: hands-on workshops guide you through writing CVs and cover letters, conducting mock interviews, and developing strategies for bridging cultural gaps. Guided tours of local businesses and start-ups give you a real-world glimpse of German.

Freiburg and its Region

Freiburg, a historic university city, is among the largest municipalities in Baden-Württemberg. Its strategic location – just a few kilometres from the French and Swiss borders – makes it an ideal gateway to the Southern Upper Rhine, one of Germany’s most economically powerful regions.

Its successful companies, low unemployment rate, and excellent infrastructure attest to this strength. Living in Freiburg means you are within easy reach of several major economic hubs, such as Stuttgart (Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bosch), Basel (Roche, Novartis), Ludwigshafen (BASF), and many others.

This central location, combined with Freiburg’s high quality of life and vibrant student scene, offers both professional opportunities and a rich cultural environment.
