In den kommenden drei Jahren kann sie eine neu qualifizierte Wissenschaftlerin besch\u00e4ftigen, um ihr Forschungsgebiet weiterzuentwickeln. Diese Postdoktorandenstelle wurde erfolgreich mit&nbsp;<strong>Dr. Blessing Durodola<\/strong>&nbsp;besetzt. Dr. Durodola erh\u00e4lt eine Vollzeitstelle sowie die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich f\u00fcr eine weiterf\u00fchrende akademische Position zu qualifizieren, etwa als Leiterin einer Nachwuchsarbeitsgruppe oder im Rahmen einer Tenure-Track- bzw. Ich untersuche, wie Pilze die F\u00e4higkeit haben k\u00f6nnen, als Endophyten in einem Baum zu leben und die Vitalit\u00e4t ihres Wirts zu unterst\u00fctzen, w\u00e4hrend andere Pilze einen Baum als Krankheitserreger infizieren und Krankheitssymptome verursachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was sind die Beweggr\u00fcnde von Pilzen, in neue \u00d6kosysteme einzudringen, welche Strategien haben invasive Pilzarten, um sich in einem neuen Gebiet zu etablieren, und was k\u00f6nnen wir tun, um die Abwehrmechanismen der B\u00e4ume zu st\u00e4rken?
