Our teaching also focuses on environmental statistics and modeling as well as quantitative ecology, both at Bachelor’s and Master’s level. We also teach research skills and an excursion-oriented course in marine ecology.

Bachelor and Master theses
Here you will find a selection of current topics for theses (BSc thesis, MSc thesis; only with Ilias account; topics of the entire faculty) at the Department of Biometry and Environmental Systems Analysis. If you have your own ideas for a thesis, please contact us. We will be happy to check whether the thesis can be supervised by us.
Basic knowledge of R (or another programming language) and an interest in expanding your knowledge of R are generally a prerequisite for all theses supervised by our group. English-language proposals are particularly welcome.
