Workshop order
A written workshop order is always required for the use of the technical working group.
Who may place orders
We only accept orders from the faculty. Employees of the individual institutes who are authorized to place orders must be notified to AT by name. Those authorized to place orders are responsible for bearing the costs incurred in carrying out the order. In addition, the authorized persons should decide on the necessity of placing the order.
Order acceptance
Online via our web form. The following fields must be completed: Subject of order, hazard, department and your name. If you are placing an order with us for the first time, we also need your work e-mail address and telephone number.
The form fields in detail
“Cost center” and ”Notification to SAP approver”
Necessary for procurement. Please enter the cost center of your budget account. The approver can then change to a corresponding project. You can enter the information that we are to provide to the approver, e.g. a specific project, in the “Message to SAP approver” column. We pass this information on 1:1 to the ordering process.
Subject of the order
Describe as clearly as possible what the client wants. For fabrications or additions, it is helpful to enclose a sketch. In the case of repairs, the fault or malfunction that has occurred in the object to be repaired should also be described.
Device type; Serial number; Inventory number; Device ID
When purchasing spare parts or using the manufacturer’s service, it is essential to state the appliance type and serial number. Please complete these fields.
Department
The department as it is listed in the course catalog must be entered here.
Contact person
The person who knows about the order and whom the AT can contact in case of queries must be named here (in block capitals).
Room number / telephone number
Here you must specify where and under which telephone number information or messages relating to the order can be obtained or submitted.
E-mail address
E-mail address of the contact person.
Declaration of no objection
This declaration must be submitted before any repairs are carried out.
It is intended to ensure that the workshop personnel are not exposed to any biological, toxic or radioactive hazards from the item to be repaired. The protective measures that may need to be taken must be specified. The person responsible for the safety of the object in question must sign this declaration.
