Freiburg, 02/04/2025
Taking responsibility and actively shaping diversity are the guiding principles behind the numerous events offered by the Centre for Key Qualifications (ZfS) in the new semester programme. The programme is aimed at all students at the University of Freiburg.

The new teaching programme at the Centre for Key Qualifications (ZfS) is now available online. The ZfS offers spaces in which students can develop their key qualifications and future skills. - With ‘Diversity Competence for a Diverse Democracy and Working Environment’, you will expand your skills in critically reflecting on equity, diversity and inclusion and developing creative measures on the topic of democracy and diversity.
- The events ‘Shaping Change’ and ‘Successful Action’ offer insights into the PERMA model and strengthen your self-efficacy.
- In ‘Discrimination-Sensitive Communication – Focus on Gender’, you will learn to recognise the power of language and to advocate for differentiated, discrimination-conscious communication.
