Advice for students and prospective students

The Hotline and the Info-Point at the Service Center Studium are your first point of contact for any questions about your studies. We’ll provide direct, straightforward support and will forward any more complex questions to the relevant department.

Zoom consultation hours – Info-Point

Wed: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Thu: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Your contact for initial questions, when you can’t visit us in person. For more in-depth support you can also request an appointment for an individual advising session.

The Hotline is staffed by trained student employees who answer telephone calls and email enquiries or forward them to the relevant department.

Info-Point

The Info-Point is located on the ground floor of the Service Center Studium and is the first point of contact for prospective and current students who have questions about their studies. We can help you with your concerns and tell you whom to contact with any further questions.
