Hotline
The Hotline is staffed by trained student employees who answer telephone calls and email enquiries or forward them to the relevant department.
Info-Point
The Info-Point is located on the ground floor of the Service Center Studium and is the first point of contact for prospective and current students who have questions about their studies. We can help you with your concerns and tell you whom to contact with any further questions.
