On the eve of the first meeting of the FRIAS Kuratorium on September 15, its member Jeffrey A. Himmel, President of Friends of Freiburg North America, hosted a reception with the theme “Connecting the dots” in the FRIAS Lounge (see photo). This pleasant atmosphere allowed members of the University of Freiburg to network while enjoying the musical accompaniment of a Brazilian band led by Nanny Assis. Moreover, at the first meeting of the Kuratorium, FRIAS was delighted to receive a donation of 30.000 US-Dollar from the Friends of Freiburg North America.
