Curriculum Vitae

Ina Kuhn has been working as a research assistant at the Institute of Cultural Analysis / European Ethnology since 2017. From 2020 to 2024, she was a research assistant in the DFG-research project “Living or Surviving the Future?”, in which she conducted empirical research on current ideas of the good life and future practices at utopian festivals in Germany. She published the results with her dissertation on “Laboratories of the Good Life”. In October 2025, her DFG-funded postdoc project “Sober Everyday Lives” , in which she ethnographically examines how people with addiction experience navigate abstinence in an alcohol-affine everyday culture in Germany.
