Group Picture Fellows 2016

FRIAS fellowships, offered by the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies, bring together researchers from all disciplines and career stages in a dynamic, international environment, allowing them to fully devote themselves to their projects with extensive institutional support. In the academic year 2016/17, 55 fellows came to FRIAS for research stays, representing fields across the humanities, natural sciences, and technical sciences. They participated in core programmes, including the Marie S. Curie FRIAS COFUND Fellowship Programme, the Joint Fellowship Programme of the Volkswagen Foundation and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the EURIAS Fellowship Programme.
