ILA Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy in Private International and Procedural Law (“Lisbon Guidelines on Privacy”)

Am 23. Juni 2022 wurden auf der Zweijahrestagung der International Law Association in Lissabon die Leitlinien zum Internationalen Privat- und Verfahrensrecht des Persönlichkeitsrechts und Datenschutzes offiziell angenommen, die von einem Komitee unter Leitung von Prof. Burkhard Hess (seinerzeit Max-Planck Institut für Verfahrensrecht, Luxemburg) erstellt worden waren.

Berichterstatter waren Prof. v. Hein und Dr. Cristina Mariottini (MPI Luxemburg). In ihrem jüngst im Yearbook of Private International Law 23 (2021/22) 103-133 erschienenen Beitrag „The ‘Lisbon Guidelines on Privacy’ – A Path Forward for the Protection of Privacy in Private International and Procedural Law” stellen v. Hein und Mariottini die Leitlinien vor.
