Final Theses

Application for writing your final thesis at our chair is possible four times a year. The application deadlines are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.

Start date of working on your thesis is within three months after acceptance. A later start date is only possible in exceptional cases and subject to prior agreement.

Requirements

– Interest in our research topics
– Successful completion of courses offered by the chair
– Strong academic performance
– Commitment and motivation

How do I apply?

Bachelor Thesis
Please send an email including your current transcript of records and a selection of preferred topics from our topic list available on ILIAS.
The topic is available approximately two weeks before the next application deadline. You can obtain the password from our secretariat..

Master Thesis
Please send an email including your current transcript of records and indicate whether you already have an idea for a thesis topic. If not, you may draw inspiration from our topic list (see above).
