With Freiburger Horizonte, FRIAS aims to create a forum that brings together experts from politics, society, and science to engage in dialogue with the Freiburg public on current issues. The events take place four times a year and are held in German.
The Hermann Staudinger Lectures are one of the highlights of the academic year at the University of Freiburg. Since 2008, more than 30 Nobel laureates have accepted FRIAS’s invitation to deliver lectures at the university.
