The Central Office for Technology Transfer is the service unit for all members of the University of Freiburg and the point of contact for stakeholders from industry.

• for research transfer, in the sense of cooperative and contract research,
• for the transfer of technology, know-how, property rights (patents, trademarks), data, and copyrights, for example through licenses and similar agreements,
• for start-up support, from the initial idea to a profitable company.
