Our support includes advice and contract drafting for R&D projects involving industry participation in studies not involving human subjects—from drafting to reviewing your research contracts and agreements.
Research and development – together with strong partners
We support researchers and companies with R&D contracts and collaborative projects, for example within the framework of joint projects. Confidentiality agreements enable the secure exchange of information before the start of a project. Material or data transfer agreements ensure clear regulations and transparency when passing on materials or data.

Distinction from other units: D5, ZKS, FRS
- Funding agreements for the altruistic support of research projects in the non-taxable area are reviewed by the Legal Department (D5).
- The Center for Clinical Studies (ZKS) is responsible for study agreements involving human subjects. This also applies to agreements in the run-up to a study/planned research work involving human subjects (e.g., CDA).
