Personal Development

Personal development – identifying strengths, developing potential
Where do your strengths lie – and what competences do you want to focus on strengthening? Our course offerings invite you to discover new perspectives and develop yourself further as an individual. We support you in this with a wide range of courses – from interdisciplinary courses in communication, management, and media skills to our own ZfS programmes, such as Discover Your Skills, Internship Plus, or Service Learning.
In addition, our Sustainability and Digital competences programmes give you further opportunities to take your personal development into your own hands – for studies, a career, and social involvement.
Discover Your Skills
What makes you unique, what are your personal strengths, and how can you use and develop them to achieve your goals, ideas, and plans? In our DISK module, we provide you structured strengths training to assist you in applying your strengths in daily life as a student, in your decision on a profession, or in your personal development. You learn basic principles that will help you to be successful in various areas of your life.
