CORA I Coaching
The University of Freiburg has a pool of professionally-trained, certified coaches who are also experienced female researchers with extensive expertise in their respective fields.
In the first conversation with the coach, the goals and objectives of the coaching will be clarified. A framework agreement is signed by you, the coach, and the university. You and the coach decide together how often you will meet.
Confidentiality: The names of the coachees, the goals, and the content of the coaching sessions are confidential.

A round lasts one and a half years.
Even after completing the programme, you have the opportunity to remain active in the alumnae network and continue to benefit from the contacts and exchanges within the community.
We ensure the highest quality through regular evaluations and feedback sessions with our participants. Our programme is continuously updated to align with the evolving requirements and standards in supporting academic careers.
We ask for an interim evaluation after four sessions.
At the end of the coaching, the programme will be evaluated to ensure the quality of the offering.
