The Faculty of Law offers a wide range of international degree programmes and cooperates with numerous international partners. It offers students three international degree programmes (the LL.M. German Law, the German-French Double Master with Strasbourg and the EUCOR Master with Basel and Strasbourg), around 50 ERASMUS programmes from Finland to Cyprus (University of Ghana in planning), the French School of Law and the Anglo-American Visiting Professors Programme. The Faculty maintains numerous partnerships with outstanding law faculties in Argentina (Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires), Brazil (Fundação Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro, Universidade de São Paulo), Chile (Universidad de Chile, Santiago de Chile), China (Tsinghua University, Beijing, Fudan University, Shanghai), Japan (Keio University, Tokyo, Osaka Metropolitan University), South Korea (Seoul National University) and the United States of America (University of Connecticut, Hartford). Together with other law faculties, it is a member of the Chinese-German Institute of Law at the Chinese University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. Among the many other collaborations, those in the Research Network on EU Administrative Law, in the German-French Doctoral Programme on Comparative Public Law (CDFA), with the Supreme Judicial Council in Brazil and with the Japanese Research Association for German Constitutional Law (FdV) are particularly outstanding.
