Every October, before the start of the winter semester, UCF hosts the LAS Welcome Week for all new students starting their LAS studies in Freiburg.

Erasmus Prize for Liberal Arts and Sciences

UCF hosts the annual award ceremony for the Erasmus Prize for Liberal Arts and Sciences in combination with an external guest lecture. The Erasmus Prize is funded by the Sparkasse Freiburg.
