Use of the email addresses of students to forward an invitation letter from the non-profit CHE Centre for Higher Education regarding the participation in a survey about the satisfaction of students with the conditions for studying and teaching at the University of Freiburg.
Art. 6(1)(1)(e) in conjunction with (3) GDPR in conjunction with §§ 12(1), 2(1), 5(1), 13(6) LHG.
The email addresses will be erased after the end of the survey period.
Employees of the university who process the data within the context of fulfilling their official duties.
- You have the right to receive information from the University of Freiburg about the personal data concerning yourself and/or to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Under certain conditions, you also have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data or the restriction of their processing as well as the right to data portability.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of law.
